Well David's not totally sure really. Violet's family is pretty rich and her parents are busy. Haha, no her parents aren't really mean people or anything, nothing cliche like that. No, her parents are just busy a lot. Violet probably just feels sort of lonely and instead of hurting herself or something she just became a tough chick or something. Violet has a younger sister. Davids is working on painting a fish based off a picture from a national geographics magazine, nothing really exciting. His art class is filled with superficial girls who think art is just a filler class for good grades and extra credit, so David really dislikes talking a lot in this class.

Ah, home sweet home! well, not really, Violet doesn't find much sweet about it. No one is home so she doesn't bother saying anything. Her sister should be home from middle school in about a halfhour, a 30 minutes violet is thankful for before the monster that is her sister shows up.
