Illegible papers? You could take a look and see if we could read them somehow.

Otherwise I guess try to get those boards out of the way if you can.

I think it was supposed to be a warning of some kind. To someone.

Seems rather irrelevant now!

Anyway, you should probably cautiously head into the next area.

Looks like a warning sign. This area was... something.

Oh, and it looks like you have a scar on your forehead. I guess we'll have to fumble around with the pendant as your only light.

Looks like it says, "WARNING This area has been sealed to, " something something. Could also be blocked, instead of sealed.

Basically, "Don't go in here, it's dangerous."

Well, wrap the pendant's chain/cord around your wrist and hold it ahead as a light source. Like you would a candle. It's not as good as a torch, but better than nothing.

OK, hopefully he's as slow as the normal wielder of that sword. In that case, run as fast as you can. As for the baddies attacks, just keep moving, and don't get closer than arm's reach unless you KNOW you have the advantage. Also, the password is smashthestate. Don't forget.

You can't exactly turn your back on the guy in front of you with a sword... Tell the girl to get behind cover, then circle around your opponent to get him in between you and the archer, using him as a meat shield. This gives you some cover until you dispatch him, at which point you go after the archer.
