(Any Scellor can attack in a band as long as at least one has bands with other Scellor. Bands are blocked as a group. If at least two Scellor you control, one of which has “bands with other Scellor” are blocking or being blocked by the same creature, you divide that creature’s combat damage, not its controller, among any of the creatures it’s being blocked by or is blocking.)

yeah honestly this is less interesting-for-play and more silly-ideas, so I'm not gonna bother making cards
But I've got a few minutes so...
Enrad has two typos
Crash Quest should say 'When this enters the battlefield...' for the first part
Sam's ability should be either 'T: Sacrifice Sam, ...' or 'T, Sacrifice Sam: ...'
Server Crash's second and third sentences should not have a line break between them.
Insomnia's third ability is not phrased correctly. I don't remember off the top of my head what the correct phrasing is though, but it's something along the lines of 'Shuffle target face-up exiled quest into your library...'
Undermind Boost should be split up into two sections: the +X/+X, then 'At end of turn, tap that character. It doesn't untap during the player's next untap phase'. The phrasing for that is just icing on the cake. :3c
Kole: Deal X damage to target, not target takes X damage
Commander Yeltzin: Untap target character
Takeover Complete: Gain control of target land
Crawler: When Crawler is blocked, gain control of all characters blocking Crawler.
There's a bunch of typos in there too, or similar missing words. Also as mentioned balance is really off.

I've seen that phrasing before. Dunno why it didn't occur to me. Fixed.
