I'm with Bobbie on this. For one, this is a hidden kingdom, and Bobbie as royalty is not as hidden, she could have spies following her that we don't know about, so if she goes out undisguised, other kingdoms will find out where she's going to, and even discover this hidden kingdom.

Also, probably don't want the sea kingdom to know we are going here, you know?

B). i think this is a place better to flex and create diplomatic relations. can't quite do that disguised, and it may send a signal that bobbie's naturally deceitful.

I think a sort of mix of both. The sort of outfit that says "Yes we both know I'm royalty, but don't make a big deal about it." Sort of in disguise but without actually hiding who you are.

playing the role of the goofy soothsayer, who bumbles around like a loon but seems to hide real wisdom. say mysterious things and end every other sentence with an "ooh hoo hoo hoo" laugh.

And the backstory is that you are the lost princess of a forgotten kingdom. Which is true, but you say it in a way that makes it seem like you're just being silly.

You're here because something is going to happen. Tonight! You saw it in the stars!

Name: Everlasting Eclips the princess for the stars.

Backstory: You are the emissary for the stars. You can to this planet searching for allies for the galactic battle.

Reason for attending the party: You want to get drunk and sleep with anybody who is willing to indulge your neverending hunger for sex.

Digging the outfit Bobbie. Soothsayer ain't a bad way to go. We're an advisor to a low-level noble. Perhaps a baron-ish? He'd like to stay low-key so he sent us and we won't name who sent us. We've seen that this place may have implications for the peace of his barony so we're here. When a youth we studied the stars and skies as they fascinated us. We started as a source of weather predictions and studied soothsaying as a means of improving. We gained more responsibilities as we widened our skills. So now we're a court advisor of sorts. Our birth name is difficult to most people (like M'swiorgaztsh). So we go by Stargazer as an alias. Should we get pressed we can go on and on about predicting rainfall from clouds.

Trying for allies. improving relations with the birds would be good but probably too late.

knowledge really. Get to learn about any other people of high ranking, determine if they can be an ally or an enemy or neutral, and make good first impressions.

Since we're disguised we can gain info. We figure out who's powerful in particular aspects. Get a sense of who has what goals. See who'd be solid allies or at least pragmatic to associate with. Get a feel of how we're viewed from the outside since we're disguised. People tend to be more honest with feelings if they believe it's said in confidence. See who is friends with who. See who is rivals with who. Perhaps a friend of an enemy would provide backchannel diplomacy if needed. Who would be worth sending spies to. With spycraft as well as diplomacy and economics we can win a war before it begins.

collect information. try to see who are staunch allies of the bird and if this guy is someone that's better to keep neutral ties with or better to improve relations.

Wait for a better target to follow. Spies in a guard area could be seen poorly by the host. Gram's business involves Wormy so keeping plausible deniability would be the way to go.

What if we also ask him what star constellation is his favorite? If he asks why we want to know, we can tell him that the constellation one is most connected with tells you about a person

Now that the cat is gone there's no need for us to hold a grudge against him. And we did break his arm maybe unnecessarily so, go easy on the guy.

to the question will I see my female friend again, ask for more details about what happened so you can better help. She... she is at the nexus of many events. She may win or she may lose. She will do great things before the end. Perhaps terrible too as that is what happens during a rise or a fall. One thing is for sure. Whoever faces her will lose a crucial element of themselves. Her enemies who survive will envy the dead. Or so the stars say ooh hoo hoo!

Oh it doesn't take a seer to foresee that the kingdom will burn. But why so vindictive little kenku? This is the game you and the cat played, and the stakes you chose. didn't she just do to you, what you would have done to her?

we should hesitate to ask anything of steinhardt if that will translate as owing him a favor. but if we want to, then B). tie up all loose ends.

Skeptical of his claims given how resigned Kenku seems. Still, we put the spy rat on him for now. Either way we get proof of how worthy or unworthy Steinhardt is as an ally to us. "Leave him alive for now. We have... plans."

C) What an... interesting offer. But the kenku doesn't seem like a real threat so, why bother?

(Bobbie, this guy's gifts have strings attached. avoid accepting them if you can. Also we see how easily he pretends to be nice while plotting ruthless murder. Watch your back.)

A: For you Bobbie, we need you to find a way to quickly send the general towards the direction Kenku went in such a way that won’t tip him off of our rat. if the general is quick enough, and goes into the same hall the newcomer is hypnotizing the rat is at, it could scare the hypnotist off and our rat can escape.

Bobbie, Say something like “oh, I don’t need to go that far for my safety, the disguise was meant to make sure no enemy spies see me or follow me here.
