Welcome to Puzzle Dungeon! Here are the rules:

This is a five-player game. You are identified by your ID, or a tripcode if you have one. To join, you must post the following:

Name:
Strength:
Weakness:
(attached image)

For example:
Name: Ferret
Strength: doesn't trigger traps
Weakness: can't swim
(attached picture of a ferret)

I would then draw a ferret and put it in the dungeon. You would post saying what you want the ferret to do, and I will post a picture of the results of peoples' actions.

There are 10 people slots, and only 5 of them can be used at a time. If someone dies, someone else can post a character and be added in. At the end of a room the slots are reset. The survivors spawn in the next dungeon and are added to the slots.

The rooms will be littered with hidden traps and puzzles. There will be dark rooms where you can only see a radius around you, and rooms where the exit is hidden or must be unlocked. To finish a level, one person must make it to the exit and unlock it, and the rest of the people must make it there as well, or die. Once all players are accounted for the next level will begin.

The dungeon has 20 rooms, and each room has 10 player slots. Should you lose all of your slots the game will end.

If you reach the end of the dungeon and claim the prize, /quest/ wins.

Who wants to play?

As well:

Strengths have to be balanced. If your character is massively unbalanced you will be skipped over. If you're not obviously trolling I'll tell you what you're doing wrong and present a solution.

Go back across pit and grab The True Bob. Wait for flame to stop, then jump down the side passage to the right, avoiding the pressure pad and keeping Bob on the left, as a human shield. Upon landing (keep Bob's weak human legs from hitting ground), run as fast as possible to exit and leave.

With two training rooms completed, the lines of code whirring through RAITAL's computer brain calculated that progress thus far was 'acceptable.' Her personality subroutine ran through a slurry of variables and equations before suggesting an appropriate emotional response: happiness 4, eagerness 3, remorse 1.

"Remorse 1". What kind of person forces a being to suffer its own pain? What kind of programmer would compile the ability to experience remorse, that stinging, churning sensation in the pit of the stomach? RAITAL doesn't even have a stomach.

And yet... was that not the very thing she had just done to <test subject 8>? The correlation engine tingled in the back of her consciousness uncomfortably. When they had made her, the scientists had given her no method of hypocrisy, no means of self-delusion. At the end of the puzzle, after all driving directives had been satisfied, she was forced to stare at the conclusion that she was no better than those who had forced her into this situation. And the realization scared her.
