This has got to be the most boring waiting room I've ever seen. No magazines, cheesy elevator music, and even worse, no hot secretary to ogle over!

Seriously, this had better be worth the money....

yea, you should probably keep an eye on the big mirror. She may have some input as well. That, and we want to see the interaction going on here, between the two sides.

Also, have you looked at the stuff on top of the shelves? I doubt it's important, but it's worth a minute to look at the shoes and... what looks like blankets. Just to see if anything is out of place. One more also, are those sunglasses mirrored? Just a hunch.

I quickly put the hangar back and shout out to her, letting her know what just happened. She... still looks a little spooked. Can't say I blame her. Should we continue on with the test, or try to get to know her first? Or maybe check around the room a little more....

Speaking of, I wonder how we're being graded on this.
>>
No. 312009 ID: 5f55fe

Who cares how you're getting graded? It's a test, so just do what comes naturally, unless told otherwise. I mean, it's not like you're getting paid based on how well you do. Although a little self satisfaction knowing you rocked the test is nice.

Yea, you're probably right. We should talk with her a bit, at least let her in on what we've noticed, and ask if she has anything she wants to mention. I wonder what's up with her not talking though. Is she mute? Or just shy? I doubt it's the latter, considering how she's been acting.

Tell her your name at least. Even if she won't/can't tell you hers. Maybe there's a connection. Let her know that she's just as welcome to try something. You don't want to push her around too much. Nobody likes that.

No. 312342 ID: 39beab

Any clue as to what the black and white dots represent? I guess the line is the mirror divide. Are there dark and light clothes? Do all the coat hangers have mirrors on them?

Also suggest that you both put on the sunglasses for a minute or so. maybe you'll see through each others eyes or something awesome. Put on the sunglasses and try out a movie quote, like "Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself." Then feel smug.

Consider using a flying mirror coathanger to lift up her skirt while she's distracted...

>>312343
Agreed. We want her cooperation, not her hatred.

>>312342
I'll explain the black an white dots, from how I understand it. There are 23 dots, 15 white, 8 black. There are 23 coat hangers on each side of the mirror.

Now, of course, it makes sense that our side should use the mirror side instructions, and mirror-girl needs to use our instructions.

Another thing, is that the instructions have 12 dots on the top row, and 11 on the bottom. The actual coat hangers are arranged with 9 in one, and 14 in the other. We should probably make sure that the number of coat hangers on each side follows this example, 12 on the left, 11 on the right, in addition to the clothes going where the black dots are.
>>
No. 312382 ID: 9c538a

>>312357

It's trickier than that. It looks like we aren't tripping enough for the hangers to move differently. So when we move a hanger, hers floats through the mirror air and invites a mirror punch. So we can arrange our hangers and coats in the order the diagram suggests, but it could mess up the order of her hangers and coats. If she tries to fix it, like as not it would mess up ours too. Unless her instructions are an exact mirror image of ours that is, in which case our solution will produce her solution, but I doubt it's that easy.

I wonder, if you put a coat over a hanger so it covers the hanger's mirror, does it stop moving in tandem with the mirror hanger?
>>
No. 312392 ID: 5f55fe

>>312382
I thought of that already, but if you look at both sides, you'll notice that none of the hangers that have clothes on our side, have clothes on her side. So it's simple, as long as each side puts the clothes where they need to be.

I doubt covering the mirror will have any effect.

>>
No. 314162 ID: f4eed5

Actually, that spot you haven't filled is also marked on her side, so the clothes on her hanger will be weighting the corresponding one on your side as well. Which I guess means we should say good-bye to our mirror friend and follow the step that they decided to triple underline. Make sure one of you doesn't hit the other in the face with the door again!

>>314161
>>306343
Actually, we were told we could put on an outfit. The only thing we assumed about the test was that we should use her sheet and she should use ours. We presumably just need the right spots weighed down, which will happen regardless of whose sheet we use as long as we figure out how to fill the last slot on her paper.

There are two sides, so if you see three people on Kazzly's side, there are going to be two other people on your side. Are there the mirror equivalents for the new people who arrived on your side? I'm curious if any of the people hanging on that side are the double's of anyone alive on this side. We need to figure out the connection between the two sides. We may be a double with Kazzly, or we may not. It could be just set up that way, so that there's people on both sides, of opposite genders. Without conclusive evidence, there's no way to know. It is a test after all, anything could have been set up.

We should look into the room in the middle, the one that used to be labeled "do not enter"

All the rooms the others came out of are likely just other test rooms, and not a concern.

hit on her.

nonononon, she is WAY too dangerous to hit on. and also, her partner could still be trapped because instead of the door being unlocked it is broken. so that means she ditched them, so she would be untrustworthy to watch your back. just be ready for anything.

You are assuming the door on the mirror side is still there. It might have been blown up as well. From what we've seen, opening/closing a door on one side will do it on the other. I don't see why blowing it up will change that.

Oh jeez you're right... this chick is dangerous. Just to be sure, I check the other side.

It seems that everybody made it out alright, by some miracle.

A voice booms from some hidden speaker in the room.
"Oh, I see that everybody has made it out. Though... it appears that one of the locks broke. Ah well, you are all probably in the foyer listening now! So everybody, one at a time, please say 'present'!"

Wait... is that the butler's voice...?

If nobody else is going first then do so yourself. Also ask when you're going to get paid and mention that you want that injury bonus.

Someone's going to have to sound off on Kazzly's behalf, and make sure to ask wtf is up with the alternate-dimension mirrors and the hanged bodies while you're at it. Everyone can see those, right?

everyone seems to be blisfully ignoring the bodies, so I'm really not sure.

I point to myself to start the order. One at a time, we all yell present... except for Kazzly on the other side. I quickly tell the butler about how she can't speak... and quickly tie in a bit about getting a bonus for personal injury.

"Hm... must be a side effect of that knock-out gas I used...

Wait... knock out gas?!

I also let him know about the bodies and writing on the other side.

The speakers are silent for a while.

"Well... it seems that I must get right down to business with all of you. There are ten of you, correct?"

I tell him that there really are only ten of us and ask him why he wanted to be so sure.

"Well, you see... this 'test' isn't a very safe one, as you can tell from the bodies hanging over there. Those are must definitely real by the way... because it seems your target set up a little welcoming party for you all."

Either we're tripping balls, or something is very very wrong and we have been very very lied to. We have no way of determining the former so we must act on the latter. As much as the Butler just screwed us, there is apparently someone else that is more immediately hostile. We'll have a bone to pick with Mr. Effeminate later, but for now we should follow his advice as he obviously knows more than we do. On this train of logic, we should find out as much as possible from him so we're less reliant on his direction. Let's start with two things:

One - What exactly are the mirrors doing? Is that like an alternate dimension or what else could it even be? Can we cross over or otherwise interact on a level we don't already know?

Two - Who are we supposed to kill? Why? What should we know about him? What is Butler so obviously afraid of that he had to trick us into becoming his lackeys?
