We don't have the energy reserves for an LLT. A factory and some flashes is a much better investment of time. It will take less time to produce several flashes than a single LLT, and they'll be mobile; furthermore we can set about reclaiming and building further infrastructure as the flashes are constructing.

By the time you and the factory have finished the Flash, the LLT is at about 50%health, but has blasted off the rear half of one of the instigators. The other one turns to retreat.

Total Annihilation? FUCK YEAH. ARM? Damn, well gotta go what with you've got I suppose. Okay so we need to determine what the environemtn is, see which type of power generator (Solar, Wind, or Tidal) would be most efficient/effective. I generally prefer standard Kbots to Vehicles, but whatever. Still, let's get a Light Laser Tower or two around our intended permiter to delay enemy scouts before we get full production up and running.

Have the Flash engage the retreating Instigator. We may be far enough from CORE forces to be out of a light unit's communication range, so we don't want it crying home to momma.

In the mean time, get another construction vehicle and a Jeffy or two running. We'll need more fortification in case more company arrives, and we need to see what exactly is around us. Repair LLT.
