Good point! That loincloth would be more useful as a weapon or other tool. Take it off and examine its structure. Can you separate the cloth from the tie? How strong does the fabric seem to be?

Welp. Assess your surroundings, and try the door. It's probably locked but hey, maybe you'll get lucky. At the very least you'll see more when you get up to the bars.

Not really much varity in things to do while in a cage. Do the standard shit. Look to see what is outside the bars, check our sad and souroful start of game inventory and make a noise or ten to see if anyone is around.
>>933270
That...honestly could actually be a legitimate option even beyond the softcore porn context of right now. A simple Garrote could very well be the closest thing to a weapon we might have. Disconnect the cloth from the rope and palm the latter in a closed claw.

Also try our luck at mad skilling at a lockpick roll by slowly gnawing a pinky claw into a key shape.

> That loincloth would be more useful as a weapon or other tool. Take it off and examine its structure. Can you separate the cloth from the tie? How strong does the fabric seem to be?

I take off the loincloth and separate the cloth from the string, they might actually be useful for something other than allowing me to be modest.

The twine- string- it would be too generous to call this rope- is a little over 2 ft long, and the cloth is just a rag really.

>What species are you?

I definitely appear to be a kobold- I'd say a blue but- my scales seem to have a bit of shine to them despite my sorry state. are there metallic blue kobolds?

>wear loincloth as inspiring headband

I think this could be better used in other ways...

I could try this, but I might get stuck...

>look what you can see outside your cell.

closer to the bars, I can make out the bars of adjacent cells and I can sort of tell there's a torch on the wall next to my cell. I can't really see into the other cells from here, but they look to be in a similar state to my own confines...

I don't really see any other prisoners or guards now that I think of it, but they might just be out of sight from my limited field of view...

Examine the cell door lock, both visually and by touch, both inside and out. Usually locks with this old style of keyhole have real crude mechanisms and can be defeated by even a simple piece of wood shaped the right way. Heck, the keyhole is so big you may even be able to fit your finger inside to push the lock latch back.

>>933407
Uh, that is, assuming the door is actually locked. Better give it a light tug and push to check. Real light, 'cause its hinges probably squeak like hell.
>>
No. 933442 ID: f3310b

Use the rock to break the bone into splinters, then use one of the splinters to pick the lock of the door with your highly proficient lockpicking skill which you'll remember about once you try using it.

That's actually very atypical.
Could be indicative of you being of a Kobold subrace or of you having some amount of true dragon blood in your veins.

Empty the pillow of it's contents. If you wet the surrounding cloth and tie it to two adjacent bars, you may be able to use the bone to twist it and pull the bars slightly more together, potentially giving you enough space to squeeze through.
>>
No. 933472 ID: 8cb228

There aren't often very many metallic blue dragons, and if a Kobold has some sort of weird features, chances are a dragon is involved somehow. Maybe you are part Sapphire Dragon? Maybe you have latent psychic powers?

I snap the string easily, and tie the ends to the rag, picking up the 3 stones I can find, they don't appear large enough to do much to metal, but they'd definitely hurt if they hit someone

Heck, the keyhole is so big you may even be able to fit your finger inside to push the lock latch back.

I examine the lock, checking the door, it's old, and definitely locked, but I'm not sure if I could manage to pick it with just my fingers- it's a little too intricate for that...

the gears do look old, but not quite as bad as the bars themselves, I might need to pick it after all...

>Empty the pillow of it's contents. If you wet the surrounding cloth and tie it to two adjacent bars, you may be able to use the bone to twist it and pull the bars slightly more together, potentially giving you enough space to squeeze through.

after examining the "pillow" in question, I find it to be what I'd call, ancient burlap, it's nearly petrified and appears to be stuffed with what used to be straw or grass at one point, but appears to now be almost solid decayed matter.

upon a tug, I also find that the "fibers" themselves are somehow stuck to the shelf.

this is some ancient stuff...

>take a moment to inspect and admire your now-exposed junk, since your amnesia seems to have left you unfamiliar with your own body.

Though this may not be the best time, I am slightly curious as to my current anatomy, and given it's ever present obviousness, I feel I should at the very least quickly indulge in exploring what exactly I might be working with...

I reach into my sheath with a couple fingers and tug at the flesh inside, sliding my flaccid member up and out a bit to at least get a look at the shape and color briefly

"hmn- interesting..." I have no frame of reference on what exactly would qualify as being "gifted" in this regard among kobolds- but at least I appear to have a bit more length than I've seen, just want to be careful not to hurt myself or get myself worked up, considering how awkward it would be to get a boner here of all places...

>That's actually very atypical.
Could be indicative of you being of a Kobold subrace or of you having some amount of true dragon blood in your veins.

A subrace maybe- I'll need to look into my heritage later on- I sure hope I don't get confused by others as something I'm not, I'm fairly certain there's some prejudice involved with scale colors...

I retrieve the bone, it's already snapped at one end, though I can't seem to find the other piece...

I definitely think I might be able to try and pick the lock with this, but I might snap the bone inside the mechanism and then I'd be really screwed...

Everything appears to be in order! Perhaps once you're out of here and find someplace safe you can perform a more -- ahem -- thorough examination.

>>933495
Does the bucket have a metal handle? Maybe you could break it off and use that as a lockpick instead.

Barring that, I don't see any options beside risking it with the bone-as-lockpick and trying to squeeze through the bars.
>>
No. 933510 ID: f3310b

Are those... barbs on your dick? Could those be used to... you know? In the lock?

Other than that, do inspect the bucket, altho I highly doubt it would have any parts thin enough to be useful.
What about your claws? Are they in any way extendable?
Or maybe you could use your tail?

It may not be the best, but I suppose we'll have to go with the bone (pun intended). Fortunately, even if you fail, it seems unlikely that it would become impossible to remove the splinters and try again.

That string on the sling is too short to build up enough speed to cause a lethal hit... well it's still better than throwing the rocks I guess.

Try breaking off smaller splinters, for better lockpicking tools?
>>
No. 933514 ID: 347c6e

Check the bone. Are there teeth marks on it? How old does it look? Does it look like the marrow was sucked out? These things will hopefully give you clues as to whether this thing was part of a meal or part of a previous prisoner.

Look at the torch outside, as well. Does it look freshly lit, or burned down?

Also, could you please use the spoiler image function for the most blatantly explicit images?

>Does the bucket have a metal handle? Maybe you could break it off and use that as a lockpick instead.

I move over to inspect the bucket and discover... ick.

I really hope this isn't the solution...

>Are those... barbs on your dick? Could those be used to... you know? In the lock?

I don't think my cock had barbs, maybe some ridgelike structures, but I admit I wasn't inspecting it all that thoroughly! later I'll be sure to do that when I'm certain I'm not in danger!

<Look at the torch outside, as well. Does it look freshly lit, or burned down?

Torch actually looks pretty old, I don't actually see any of the fabric one would soak to ignite it left, just wood.

it's- old I don't think I could tell whats damage or decay on this thing, it's pretty well scuffed up...

>Try breaking off smaller splinters, for better lockpicking tools?

The bone is in pretty bad shape as it is, I'm a little afraid to break it's structure any more than it is already, it might just crumble if I do that!

>It may not be the best, but I suppose we'll have to go with the bone (pun intended). Fortunately, even if you fail, it seems unlikely that it would become impossible to remove the splinters and try again.

unfortunately, it does seem like my only option at the moment- I press close to the lock and start to fumble with the bone, pressing it in and trying to see if I can hear tumblers sliding into or out of place, turning it slightly...

Examine the braces holding the cot up to see if you can unhook them or otherwise remove any metal parts from it. If you can you may be able to use to them to push the bone out of the lock.
>>
No. 934310 ID: 8cb228

Look, that type of lock has a hole on BOTH SIDES. Usually, you need to push something from the other side to remove an obstruction from the lock. Remove the metal band on the shitbucket and use it to push the bone out.

Also examine the condition of the bars and where they're secured. Since this place appears to be very old it's possible the bars have been significantly weakened by rust or the stonework they're mounted in cracked. Might be enough to work a bar out or work away at a rusted spot 'till one breaks.

Wow, your lockpicking skill sucks.

Two other things that I can think of are...
Inspect the floor outside your cell. Maybe something of use is lying there. Perhaps something we'd be able to reach with the string.
Inspect the walls for.. a secret passage? Anything suspicious under the bed?

give out a loud whisper to the adjacent cells, loud enough so that any potential person hiding in the shadows of the other cells can hear you, but not loud enough for a guard from another room can hear.
