Thread 1: https://tgchan.org/kusaba/questarch/res/683261.html

The following quest is based heavily around the pathfinder system (d20 dungeons and dragons), and every resource can be easily accessed here http://www.d20pfsrd.com/

You don't have to understand everything about dnd to suggest. Knowing the basics helps, but if you suggest something logical it'll still be possible. Of course if you do know your way around, feel free to suggest something more technical.

Allergy Advisement: Contents may include kobolds, magic, magic kobolds, long hiatuses and nuts. Precautions have been taken to remove these elements, but cross-contamination is still possible.

:inhhappy: Aahh.. A long walk through the forest, the breeze on my face... Cool earth under my feet..

:drowstar: "Oh, I'll never forget the luxury of that silky, black throne fur held against my body. Did you know that gnolls are deceptively easy to skin?"

:inhrelaxed: Stories of drow high society's indelible sociopathy in my ears...

:inhnormal: At least she isn't insulting me anymore. Right, let's summarize before we get there. A lot of my powers have been stripped out and scattered, and Blue thinks a fragment is somewhere around the Rimewind Clan. Gnolls, the lot of them. They don't really like Azoth that much.

:inhpensive: ...Which is a shame. But from what I can tell, we weren't exactly popular before the Font decided to shove the city off onto me, the three years I was in a transformative coma probably didn't help.

:inhserious: Since I have no idea what power fragment is here, I can't anticipate what we're going up against. I have a drow spy on my side, at least. Speaking of which, this is what she gave me for the layout of the compound. Looks like there's one entrance, a bunch of spikes in the far back, and guard towers along the walls. Red and yellow are guard postings and potential guard postings.

:drowstar: "The Rimewind Clan is a collection of smaller gnoll tribes gathered into a unified front. I can't tell you how one might organize the savages, but apparently someone managed the task twenty years ago. Since then, they've been a good degree stronger. They even tried, adorably, to assault Cradle. They failed, of course."

:inhnormal: Still, the fact that they considered the drow viable targets says a lot. Even though they don't like us, aaand probably raided us a bunch in the past, they don't seem to have been causing us any trouble since late last year.

:inhcalm: I'd like to know why. Both out of curiosity, and to make sure that fact won't change. Either way, I also kind of want my power back. And the gnolls probably have it.

:inhpensive: I don't think I've ever actually seen a gnoll. Not that my memory's reliable anymore. They're fuzzy, right?

:inhnormal: Ohhh yeah. They're fuzzy alright. There's one right in front. How should I be playing this?

[Other] [something with Verica] [talk to gnoll] [stealth] [come up with a plan] [attack with machete] [use disguise] [travel somewhere]

I believe the plan was to disguise yourself as something more... respectable than a kobold, then approach directly. If needed you can start throwing around charm/diplomacy rolls and maybe some Command spells to get them to do what you want.

Oh also your drow bodyguard needs to disguise herself as something less likely to be immediately attacked. The gnolls did recently attack the drow, after all.

They will not take you seriously as a kobold but what will they take seriously? Maybe disguise ourselves as "generic wizards" from Azothot here to do sssssssomething idunno.

You can probably talk to the guard directly. If they are hesitant to simply let you into the city, you can likely get past them with simply wit and charm using Display of Charisma to ask them for a favor. You'll need to secure a place you can rest soon, an inn or something like that, as being both a Kobold and an unknown, unproven stranger you might need to rely on Display of Charisma a lot. With three uses though, in the worst case, you could get past the guard, gather information around the city to get a general idea of where things stand(a function of Diplomacy and thus Charisma), and convince someone to rent you a room to rest in at a reasonable rate. From there you can come up with a better informed plan.
