You're a bit scared something could happen to her, she's to young to lose her head so you try to calm down the best you can. As you look down to her you notice tears in her eyes. You slowly lift your arms to grab her shoulder when she suddenly clings into your shirt.

except that's not the whole story. she makes heads explode when she is afraid. if she is not afraid then she wont. her emotions control her powers. fear is excitement. adrenaline flows when you are scared.
