Nenesha, dat you?
>woken up by crackling wood, flames, smoke
Someone hasn't been keeping the batteries in their smoke detectors up to date, or the beeping would have already woken you up.
I suppose you're only seven though, so I'll blame your parents for that lapse in safety.
>Force your way through. Ignore the burns you’ll take.
Not a good plan. You don't just need to get to her, you need to be hurt little enough that you can get her to safety.

Throwing something heavy from the wardrobe across the beam to temporarily smother the flame and make a path across the burning beam could work, yes. Especially if your parents have a bathroom attached to their bedroom, you could soak a towel or something. (Although I'm not sure how much time we have to dick around, or if we can really count on the water being on. No sprinklers, apparently, although a lot of private homes don't have those).
Also, yes, bring something extra from the wadrobe to throw over the glass on the floor (so you can walk over it) and over the edge of the broken window (so you can climb out it).
Information we need: what can you tell us about your home? Are you in a city or the country? What floor are you on? If this isn't the ground floor, is their a fire escape outside the window, or did your parents buy one of those emergency fold out ladders? Or a tree?
