The war started 3 years ago and was signaled by the odd sound of ticking and metal clanking. Thousands of strange machines with a green glow arose, followed by their cultists who claimed to be serving their god. Ultimately the cultists are the real threat, the machines are just iron soldiers who barely make any sense functionally.

Take the arm as a trophy like Beowulf, then get some grub. Morale is important.

get some pre packaged food and water and stuff them in the pillow bag. you never know when you might get this chance again. i recommend dehydrated food packs and emergency foods. something light and easy to prepare.

Tyris steps into the Mess Hall's entrance, there he sees a table with a log book, a M15 rifle and... oh... That appears to be the owner of the arm.

Stealth kill = yes. Kill him horribly. (Do we roll for stealth or do we have a certain skill level of stealth, or is it all just decision and circumstance based in whether we succeed?)

Tyris ducks behind the table while grabbing the logbook and M15 carbine. Unfortunately he makes some noise.

The machine turns around to look where he was, thankfully, Tyris is hidden.

While he appreciates the idea of a stealth kill, he is highly doubtful the 9mm ammo could hurt the Centurion. Or that his knife skills could pierce the armor or even get in close enough to cut any vital lines.

He's going to rely on being sneaky for now. He checks the rifle, seems like it's in working order, the magazine has 14/15 rounds. Seems like someone already discharged one.

(All I was planning for was Tyris getting out while having a tough time killing anything.)

Throw the dogs tags away from you to distract it, and bugger off before it turns back again.

Yeah this seems like a good plan, except hightail it down the south path outside the mess hall. (The arm is towards the left path, implying centurion came from there, and where there is one there might be more so let's avoid that path for now.)

There is no way to proceed without being seen (I haven't seen the rest of the kitchen and have no idea how far the next piece of cover is if there is one.) Even if there was, its not safe at all, and if we get caught we are just that much farther from the door.

There is no name and it just talks of something coming out of the factory at the end of the Trenches.

It has occurred to Tyris that being a slight amnesiac he has no idea how the trenches work and he hasn't found a map.

Run, look out for centurions or anything else, but try to be st least somewhat stealthy rather than sprinting away. Make it a quiet hustle.
