No, apparently it's a plauge. I don't know what a plauge is either but Clover seems to be sure that it's a plauge instead of a plague. We don't know enough about either 'magic' or this plauge to be certain that it's magical either: Disease symptoms express for any number of reasons, including allergies and toxic exposures, pest bites and their poisons, malnutrition, too much sunlight, not enough sunlight, and just having the wrong heredity (to give an incomplete list). Penicillin wouldn't work against microbe-caused conditions if they were induced by resistant bacteria, fungi, virii, animal or plant parasites, and problems due to imbalance in one's microbial residents (including ones you need dying out). Medicine and diagnosis is pretty complicated, and we don't seem to have a CDC lab on hand to tell us what's really going on here.
Who in your world is a medical expert competent to say what this plauge is, and what its treatment(s) may be? It seems like your best course of action, if you're immune, is to go seek out experts that can help diagnose what's causing the problems. I could be wrong about that if there's something 'magic' I don't know about which would be more helpful and/or accessible though.
