So. I don't really have a PLAN, per se. Technically this is a celebration of Ahura, the Unconquered Sun, as he defeats the forces of darkness and returns light to the land. A bit more ACCURATELY, it's the point in the synodic period where the planet's axis is maximally tilted away from our star. I mean, I've met some of those forces of darkness and none of them are able to stop a planet in its tracks, or extinguish a star. Now, SYMBOLICALLY, there's this whole, "tied to the land, season of earth's sleep approaches" thing and a ritual with some fire and blood and a sickle and evergreen. Geomancy and the whole Fisher King thing is kind of a pain in the ass. On the other hand, the other solstice is worth the wait.
