This quest will be updated as fast as I can draw the updates(Think Lagotrope speed).

The building has been under siege by the police for almost 2 days. Several shots have been exchanged between police and the suspect in the building. The suspect has already shot several police and SWAT officers and should be considered armed and extremely dangerous. Three SWAT teams are minutes away from breaching the building.

You are in Element A which has fast-roped onto the roof by helicopter. Elements B is breaching the front entrance and Element C is breaching the rear entrance, both on the bottom floor. You have just finished Looking under the door with your snake-camera and it is clear.

You take a moment to look over the floor plan of the building as well as taking a mental note of the people and equipment among your team. There is a ladder on the roof which your team could go through. There are also windows that your team can come in from by repelling down the side of the building. Elkins jokingly suggests going through the vents and while it may seem absurd at first it could be a possible entry point with the proper application of breaching explosives.

The seconds are counting down, what should your method of entry be?

Why don't we take both the ladder and windows? Enter at the office to cover the second floor hallway from two angles.

Have EVERYONE CRASH IN THROUGH THE WINDOWS AT ONCE

Enter through the meeting room windows, both of them. Should provide a healthy crossfire for the breach while spreading out our forces. Meeting room because it's the furthest from the stairs and the cubicles are the best/most dangerous for us hiding spot on the floor, I want to clear those before the suspect knows what is going on.

So plan is: crash through meeting room windows, clear the room, exit into cubicle space through both doors, do a sweep, secure both doors further on then breach the north ONLY, holding the west defensively.

Hughes should hold back to cover the ladder in case the suspect is in place to try to escape up it. Once the cubicle room is secured and northern door breached, rendezvous. I want his rifle in play for that hallway.

"Alright so here's the plan, Hughes, Fredrick, you will enter through the ladder and clear the hall and provide overwatch from this point."

Hughes and Fredrick: "Got it."

"Wong, Elkins, you're with me. We are going to rappel down the side and through the window into this meeting room."

Wong: "I hope that room is empty."

Elkins: "Well if it ain't make sure to hit the suspect this time, heheh."

"Alright then, get to your positions!"

You take your positions along the top of the roof with Elkins and Wong. The signal is given for the teams to breach and you rappel down the building and break through the window without incident. Suddenly you feel the building shake from an explosion on the first floor. Followed by a large amount of gunfire.

Wong and Elkins: “What the fuck was that?”

(Radio)Element Bravo: “We have an officer down! That front door was rigged to some sort of explosive!”

(Radio)Element Charlie: “This is Charlie, We are under heavy fire from some sort of automatic weapon!

Alright move in and sweep the cubicles. We can't help Charlie until we get through this next room.

There's one suspect, no hostages? We're gonna have fun checking for barricades and bombs as we advance. Have B and C hold back and continue overwatch of the building's possible egress points, then we slowly and carefully perform leapfrog advance and area clear. Consider leaving a few traps of our own if we don't run into the suspect quickly, the object here is to limit the enemy's mobility until they have no choice but to wait for us in a single place or die.

Sweep the next room slowly and carefully, traps can be around every corner. Watch the ceiling, floor, walls, etc. Take no uneeded risks.

beware of 'some sort of' trap. Maybe tech you aren't familiar with? Might be of unusual, improvised design to appear innocuous, a bomb in a wall/ceiling fixture triggered by the light switch--happened to me once (game, not irl) something harmless looking.

Start sweeping and clearing the area, moving towards where the suspect and/or an automated weapon is laying down the fire the other team is complaining about. Don't get sloppy or just because things are hot- running to help and leaving yourselves exposed to another trick or trap won't help anything.

Remember- you're looking both for hostiles and/or traps, since he was smart enough to set some for the other guys.

"Wong, Elkins, check the doorways, I don't want any surprises."

They check both the doorways for any traps or explosives.

Elkins: "It's clear over here."

Wong: "No traps here but your gonna want to see this."

You follow Wong through the west door while Elkins sweeps the room out the south door. You can hear sporadic gunfire and flash bangs go off from down stairs. You come upon a mutilated corpse, it is likely one of the office workers although seems to have been shot several times and is missing his arms and legs. Wong looks like he is going to be sick and turns away to guard the doorway to the cubicles.

Elkins: "Room is clear- oh shit... just when I thought I've seen everything, shit man."

(Radio)Hughes: "I think I see movement in the stairs sir!"

Hughes and Fredrick should set up at the corner, fire if it's a non-friendly.

The others should prepare to set up a new firing angle at the western cubicle door, in case the suspect flees into another room.

Stay frosty Elkins. Hughes, be aware that those may be friendlies coming up. Keep the stairs covered. Fredrick, keep Hughes covered. Elkins, Wong, let's sweep our way over to their position quickly.
>>
No. 550435 ID: 9ddf68

since it seems team one is covering the hallway have them act as spotters to tell team 2 who and what is coming up the stairs, if it isn't friendlies... your guns can shoot through walls right? if so have team one fire on the enemy and call out there position to team two and then 2 can blast them through the wall. They'll never see it coming

Move up to support the stairs team while Wong and Elkins finish the sweep. If they're done consolidate
