YOU DUMBASSES. Looks like you fucked up this thing you were doing. Breaking into this piece of shit vault. Looks like the cops or whatever are gonna apprehend you guys. But wait! Looks like one of you can escape, and bust the other two out of jail later.

So whos it gonna be?

Blue. Tits are obviously an important asset in a jailbreak.

Also, the other two can stick together in the joint for safety. And other combination would get split up, since jails tend to be gender-segregated.

You ask her for a directory. She says she has one, but its not really complete, because the lower levels of the town are still being developed. While she fishes around for it, you consider burning the place down with LAVA. But then you realize that that would be a SHIT IDEA because your buds are still trapped in the prison and for the most part this city is made up of ROCKS AND STONES, which DON'T BURN the last time you checked.

She gives you the directory.

MAKUAI CITY DIRECTORY (INCOMPLETE)

Gold Bros Strip Club, Brothel, and Loans: 4
The old Dark Brotherhood: 7 (Do not go)
Main Transit Terminal: 12
Mel's Magic Supply: -17
Mr. Dion's Secret Nightclub and Brothel: 6
Information Station: 1
Prison Entrance: -16
Negative Doorway: 1
Resources & Development: 2
Old City Hall: 2
New City Hall: 9

You say this list looks really short. She says that like she said, the lower levels are still in development, plus there's some resurveying stuff going on. She asks you if you would like a basic house. It's free, she says. Sure, you say. Why the fuck not. Great, she says. She hands you the keys and tells you where it is. It's on floor 12. A corner home. Already has a bed. Real Fancy.

(You now have a home!)

You thank her and look over the directory. Are you going to ask her more questions, or go do some other thing, like ACTUALLY planning a jailbreak?
>>
No. 549201 ID: fc937d

Oh cool, you have a rent free place to sleep while pretending to be an average citizen but really planning a jailbreak.

Maybe we could visit the magic supply? That's a floor down from the prison entrance, so you'd have an excuse to case the place a bit. And maybe you could use some magical supplies.
>>
No. 549216 ID: 36c336

>>549198
It's difficult to plan a jailbreak without knowing the shape of the jail, where the people we're trying to break out will be, the area we'll be breaking them out into, and how we will get away without simply being captured again.
Accordingly we need to know what the areas around the jail we can hang around (without looking suspicious) are like and research, research, research.

I'd suggest looking into a *job* at that magical supply store if we can, since it might help us to build a tunnel from the store to the prison if we had a legitimate reason to be there.
We also need to talk to the guys during visiting hours at some point so we need to figure out how to go about that in a non-suspicious way.

We still have the bombsword lighter, so we certainly COULD bust the other two out...But the problem becomes where to go afterwards, because doing that is going to make a massive fuss, unless we can figure out a better way to do it.
I kind of want to poke around town or the jail before we try that...Or alternatively, go elsewhere and mess with the Lighter to get better at it.

Yeah, the lowest non-prison floor is the one below you. You COULD get through and into the prison, but you're not sure how you would deal with the guards and stuff.

The magic shop thing sounds like a good idea, but if you wanted to do that, you would have to plan a whole thing to rob the store, plus the stuff isn't really guaranteed to be there, and you don't know enough about magic to brew the stuff yourself, or whatever.

Alright, so that's the plan? Catch him after work? Sounds doable...you're going to have to follow him around, and then flirt with him, or something. Plus, you could find out if this is the only door in and out of the prison.

Looks like he isn't going anywhere right now...

Alright, so we have a half-baked plan to get information out of an off-shift guard. What should we do in the meantime? Anything else we can do, or anything we can do to prepare?

No, you say. He says you totally are! You ask him how he could possibly think that. You also tell him it's rude to just assume things about people.

...great. We just murdered a prison guard. I'm sure security won't go up or anything when he fails to show up tomorrow, or when someone finds his splattered corpse.

Quick, we need to replace him! Kidnap the other him from the parallel universe. If he's confused and has the wrong set of memories, they'll think he just went crazy and lock him in the nut house. That's way less suspicious than a murder!

(We also need to get rid of the body before anyone finds it, obviously).

There is jack shit in this station except for tracks and this cart. You take the cart. You can now use the TRANSIT SYSTEM on your own. The transit system goes from almost the bottom to almost the top of the city.

You look at the side where the lighter fell out on. It's a pretty safe assumption that it was non-buoyant. There really isn't any way to tell where it could be. You go to the other side to check for the dude.

Oh boy, there he is, floating in the water. At least he's definitely dead, you guess.

You go down and move the body to the other island. As a SOMEWHAT ESTABLISHED CRIMINAL, you have some experience moving bodies and hiding them. Maybe not DEAD bodies, but at least unconscious bodies. Wait, maybe they WERE dead. It doesn't really matter now.

You also steal his clothes. Once you get the other him, you've got to dress him up in something, right? You do grab all the shit he was carrying.

You got: One(1) Id card. - It's a card with the guys name and address and stuff. It doesn't seem to actually DO anything.
Forty-three(43) dollars.
One(1) whistle. - Looks like something that the guard would blow to indicate an emergency. All the guards probably have one.
One(1) Nightstick.

Anyway, looks like you've hit the first flaw in this so far SOLID PLAN. Which is, you really have no idea how to get to the other world. You've gotta cook something up before this guy's next shift, whenever that is.
