Excellence Beyond Skill: As our Lady, Snack will always be assured of success in actions that depend upon mere ability. To clarify, all conditions of his actions will become perfect. Luck, interference, opposing magical influences, poor equipment or plain lack of the skill in question is not affected by this power. Multiple purchases allow for contesting between assured success abilities.

Swift Learning: When our Lady in her trials required knowledge of a wide and varied set of power and skill, she laughed in the face of training time. Snack will learn any skill, spell, or ability taught instantly. This however does not exclude the need for a tutor, required training equipment, class restrictions or the need to practice. Also only provides basic knowledge in regards to learning.

[/i]Dominate Undead[/i]: She who is our Goddess unified Herself with herself who ruled over the undead. As such all undead shall pay homage to the trusted vassal of the previous ruler. Allows Snack to command the undead, with any orders ranging from silly dancing to self-destruction. Multiple Purchases allow contesting resistance to this power.

You Are a Ninja! Our Lady Chee became skilled in the art of stealth, larceny, and assassination (well maybe not too ninja-like with the last) Snack becomes able to learn ninja abilities and skills innately. Special Ninja techniques still require a tutor though.

Oh? Well it's true that I don't have much skills to begin with. So making learning new ones should be important right? Snack has learned Swift Learning! By the way, who am I talking to? I've heard you whispering ever since I've found Chee to be my Goddess.

Select Skills/Abilities/Spells for Snack! Choose Four from the selected list.

Heal -Spell-The basic heal spell, restore health, cure wounds, stop bleeding, etc. Also does damage to most undead. Does not cure disease, remove curses, regenerate limbs or organs and does not deal with genetic disorders. Multiple purchases improve healing

Splash Holy Water-Spell-Conjures Holy Water onto a target, deals minor damage to most evil beings and undead, has even smaller chance of stunning them. Well, what would you do if you had the equivalent of acid thrown in your face? Also has ability to destroy magical barriers and disrupt magical effects, only if they are powered by evil or foul magic. Multiple purchases improve damage, stun chance, and power to shatter darker magics. Short range Requires water and a container though.

Fight Disease-Spell Gives a bonus to resist and throw off a disease. It does not cure the disease however. Also gives bonus to prevent getting infected. Multiple Purchases improve bonus and duration.

Inflict Awesome-Spell- Nothing but awesomeness is demanded of the world. This spell twists reality to alter circumstances to become more awesome. For instance, weapons cast upon will be more awesome, chests will contain more awesome treasure, doors will lead to awesome places, and creatures targeted will become more awesome. Multiple purchases improve effect scope, duration, and range of effect. Does not give Awesome points.

Initiate into Supernatural Martial Arts-Special- Apostles of Chee have nothing less than awesomeness demanded from their fighting style. This is a special skill/ability. Snack will begin to learn a powerful supernatural martial art, a fighting style that gives unusual supernatural abilities. So in addition, Snack must choose a concept, noun, verb, situation, or descriptor that focuses the aspect of how this martial art will take form. More cosmic concepts give great power but they might be too strange or esoteric to be versatile and are exhausting. More limited worldly concepts are narrowly focused but have the advantage of not being as spiritually exhausting. Once a style is chosen, Snack must continue along the path until the martial art is fully learned. Only then may he learn another, certain powers might change this…

Wield Stick Weapons-Learn how to wield staves, maces, clubs, sticks of all kinds.

Find Awesome-Special- Awesome things just seem to drop in your lap. Loots and stuff rates increase.

Cutebold Eyes Focus-Special-No one can resist the sheer power of Cutebold Eyes.

Light Adaption-As the Goddess moved through the Overworld, the light ceased to bleed in her Kobold Eyes. Thus shall her followers be favored. Eliminates Kobold light weakness.

That sounds like a good build for power ramping (which is in itself a Chee-like thing to do).
My vote for SMA theme is Distance Manipulation. Use would temporarily change the size of spaces not occupied by objects to do things such as travel impossibly far with a step, use a melee weapon from outside its normal reach, make an incoming projectile need to effectively travel further to reach us, or make the spacing between obstacles large enough to pass through.

The Scarlet Spotlight- Attention is a fickle thing, objects exist when you observe them but when you shift something out of regard it is like the object never existed. And there are some that rely on the attentions of others to justify their existence. Such is the knowledge of the Scarlet Spotlight. Snack focuses his gaze upon a target and holds the target in place. If the target breaks free of this effect whether by magic or strength of will, the curse of the Scarlet Spotlight is attempted to be placed upon the target. If the curse is unsuccessfully resisted, the target is now under the impression that he only exists by the attention of Snack. This mental compulsion makes the target attempt to be constantly regarded by Snack. This influence can be shaken off and is much more powerful over those with greater self control.

Shamrock Curse of Perfection- Perhaps in this world, there are few things as terrible as the dread concept of Perfection. It is an unattainable goal that good men, women, and others have wasted their lives chasing. With but a touch however, Snack can blight a foe or damn a friend to the mindset of a paragon, even as the power of being at the pinnacle of the world fades away. This attack makes every little action of the target become epic in scope but such perfection swiftly fades away from the world and the target instead suffers forever from a reversal of fortune. He or she now is an abject failure as all his or her brilliance has been burned away from their body. But the mind still clings to that glory and all failures will be rationalized away, even after disappointment after disappointment falls down in a monsoon. While powerful magic can restore the seared talent of the victim to normal, the morale of the subject is forever shattered as nothing can compare to that brief speck of glory.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind- Memory and the perception of the senses is a strange thing. One is formed by the other and the other changes the reactions of the one. But with this power the boundary between the two shatters and begins to bleed. This power allows for Snack to instantly close in the distance to an enemy like the glint of light off metal. If Snack’s attack is not dodged or blocked and the kobold manages to even touch the target, then the victim’s fate is sealed. The target’s senses and memory become scrambled with each other. Sights, Sounds, Smells, Sensations and Tastes of the present and past start to mix. This leads to all sorts of weirdness as the images of people seen switch to those you know, commands from your leader now sound like declarations of love, your own scent is now that of a garage dump, the feel of sword slicing into your flesh is like that when you bed, and a steaming hot cut of steak could now taste of meat that you've never wanted to try. This shifting of the senses and memory resets every time the victim falls asleep or unconscious. Heavy stress or trauma can speed up this process to even occurring every time the subject blinks! Of course mental damage caused by this charm counts for calculating the speed. Mental effort can extend the time needed for this process to activate but never longer till the next occurrence of sleep or unconscious. Only powerful magic can break this effect.

Amber Scrambling of the Humors - This power when activated dulls the weapon but makes every blow hurt more. Amber Scrambling of the Humors increases damage but reduces the severity of the damage to blunt trauma. If the target is knocked unconscious, all of the target’s mental drives, empathy, courage, self control, and guts are scrambled around. Snack can control how the victim’s mental state will be altered by remaining in contact with the target. Only powerful magic can break the mental rearranging of this effect.

Does that mean we actually move next to them, and if so can it be 'canceled' if we want to teleport next to someone without mind-scrambling them?
It still sounds like the best one either way though.

For stuff to get, go with some food, a simple weapon, and rope (ideally a grappling hook would be nice to go with it, but they probably don't have too many of those so we will need to find one later).

You should probably get a spear, as any extra reach is useful when most things you might fight are larger than you. Some other weapon might fit with your new powers, but that will take some testing to figure out.

Ah, why don't I let you decide? I'm in front of the cliffs the tribe lives in. It's not easy for humans, dwarves, elves or other races to find us since there's so many caves to choose from. I know there's a river that gives us water up there. There's a blasted wasteland about that direction. Most of the monsters live there since hunters and adventurers don't chase them there. There's a lake and some sort of walls down there that protect some sort of city. So where should I go?
