>Slim, slender-limbed robot. Capable of slicing through concrete by attacking with its limbs in a whip-like manner. Also has sharp, jagged teeth on its metal jaw. Silver and black with light blue trim. Can wiggle around and dodge like a motherfucker. Loves to dance.

You quickly fill out the form, and flip through the plethora of legal documents behind it. Waivers, wills, charities asking for your money if you die. You sign and initial those required documents and toss the rest in the trash. After that, it's off to the Chief's office! It's a quick walk, considering he's next door. You open the door, and find the Chief enjoying a drink. Ah, well, it is eleven in the morning. He's starting later than usual. Oh those Irishmen. "Sir, here's my paperwork. Gear in the armory?" You drop the papers in front of him on the desk. He motions to the door and nods. "You got it. Oh! Wait a second though. You'll need to give me your badge. This is deep cover, can't have it laying around."
He reaches under his desk and pulls out a pager, setting it down on the desk. You switch it with your badge, clicking it on your belt. Chief is already reading your app. "Hmm, seems like a more agile character. Good offensive capability, not much in the way of defense besides dodging... I've got just the group for you. Don't worry, it'll be interesting work." With that, he waves a hand to dismiss you. You stop by the armory on the way out, and get your kit. It seems to have a larger power source than the schematic you saw on the projector, and slightly smaller turntable, a bit easier to lug around. It also comes conveniently with a manual.
>And so ends the opening cutscene.
>Where to now? Check out your digs? Check out some possible venues? Hang out with some coworkers? You name it, I'll write it. Tomorrow probably, since it's now 2 AM. Or maybe this'll die because I started too late. C'est la vie.
