Preferring something light and quick to make, you prepared yourself a bowl of warm instant oatmeal that has a few sliced apple stripes on top of it. Taking the bowl and settling it on top of the kitchen table, you found yourself sitting alone repeating the process of gathering a spoonful of oatmeal and putting it into your mouth. However, the sound of heavy footsteps coming down the stairs announced that your lonely time is soon coming to an end.

"Good morning, Alex. What are you eating?"

The short-haired girl sighed.

"Well, at least your eating healthy."

The petite girl said, walking to the refrigerator to take a narrow cardboard box off from its top.

"What? You have something against what I'm eating?"

The red-headed girl gave you a stern stare.

"Of course I do. You're eating something that's been processed and packaged in a convenient little paper bag. The gods only know what sort of additives and preservatives they put into that awful 'instant' stuff."

The preachy girl snapped her fingers aloud. From the cupboards that's above the kitchen sink, a cupboard door opened, and a floating bowl made its way to the kitchen table, landing close to a chair that's nearby the girl. The loud snap also made the refrigerator door to open to let a hovering carton of low-fat milk to fly and land next to the white plastic bowl.

"Once you're finished eating, could you please try to wake up our sleepy compatriot up? I've tried to wake 'it' up, but 'it' pushed me out of 'its' door."

Sami pulled a chair from the wooden table and made herself comfortable on it. She then proceeded to pour her plain corn cereal into the bowl, and soon after pour some milk into the bowl as well.

"I don't know why 'it' doesn't pick up better habits like yours. Like it isn't infuriating enough for me to be paired with two impulsive rogues. Aaargh!"

You simply shrugged at her irritation as she gave you mean-spirited look. She continued to stare at you in such a manner as she ate her dull breakfast. She's obviously not a morning person.

Upon finishing your instant breakfast, you stood up and pushed your chair back underneath the table.

"I'll be back with Will."

The girl nodded at you, still staring at you as you walked away from the dining room. Making your way up the stairs and in front of Will's dorm room, you knocked on it heftily.

"This is Alex. I'm coming in Will, so you better be dressed, man."

Well, what we did against her? We've lowered the toilet seat, put the clothes to dry and washed the dishes, right? No reasonable person would have anything against betting all our money in a poker game. We didn't lost everything, after all.

Turning the door knob and pushing it aside, your glimpse of Will's room is a dark one. The room's window have been covered completely with a tarp that has its corners ducktaped to the wall. There wasn't a light on in the room, but you could see the outlines of furniture and a variety of objects due to the light coming in from the hallway. A large blanketed lump could be seen on top of the bed.

You hesitate entering the room as you feel something is off about this picture.

The large lump looks far too small for Will's tall height. Sure, he's a little on the scrawny side but he's not that scrawny.

Entering into the unknown, your first few steps into Will's room feels awfully eery. Your "gut" is telling you that something is hidden nearby, stalking you.

Anticipating an ambush from above, you quickly rolled forward and popped up back on your feet.

Turning around to see your assailant, you see a crouching figure dressed in all black from head to toe.

"You keep on evading my advances to see whether you're a boy or a girl."

The ninja clothed Will slowly stood up, revealing his over six-foot stature.

"I figured I would of found out this time."

"And why would you want to know?"

"Well... you are one of the great mysteries in our school after all. No body knows of your true gender--not even the faculty at school."

Acting a little apathetic, you shrugged your shoulders.

"Really? That's it? I figured it would of been something else; you're not being honest with me are you?"

Will chuckled.

"Well, that's for you to find out, Alex."
