halp me, /tg/

I am a 14th Level fighter. My PC's girlfriend has left me earlier in the campaign, claiming I never pay attention to her.

Now I get word that she's turned into a vampire and needs my help to "Cure" her condition. Whereas, there's no cure for vampirism, only STAKINGS

... does this mean I can date other people now?

what about killing her then casting raise dead? if that wont work then yes. also, aren't vampires beholden to the one that made them?

Hit up any clerics you know.
If all else fails, consider either Amulets of Death Ward and very thick collars, or killing her yourself.
As to the question, not where she can hear.
That would be bad for you and whomever you chose.
Though I suppose you could pretend to date people you don't like in order to get a vengeful vampire on their case.

Couldn't you turn undead back into normal living people with Resurrection or True Resurrection in 3.5?

Yes, but they have to be fully dead first.
So you'd have to beat her to death, then get a true rez.

As to how you would go about curing it, id leave that aup to the DM.

There is no cure, you know what needs to be done.

As long as she isnt past her normal lifespan, a ressurection should bring her back without any side effects. Well, aside from a bit of experience point loss.
