Will eventually do a sketch of this laddy in the nautquest style later, but for now here's the base design for Admiral Blot, a briny sea monster sea-captain with a misleading name, a squiddy beard, and a sick-ass harpoon gun arm.
I figured since Naut was rocking the diving-suit aesthetic I should try and keep the design Naut-ical.

Alrighty People, a quick update! I really like a majority of these characters, but Eunice and Aynker are the most viable at the moment, and both have gotten in! Very nicely done! We still need one more character, though, so I'll be focusing on characters with portraits from now on! Thank you for your effort!
