>How did you become captain?
I do not know how I came to be on this ship or what happened to its original crew but I do remember wandering these halls, constantly hungry, absorbing anything that I could use to grow larger, soon developing a consciousness, a mind of my own. Then one day I found myself inside this control room, I was much smaller back then and had gathered a stockpile of edibles, I wandered through space for who knows how long, and then one day I came across the Tapogs sending out a distress signal. When they asked who the captain was well, I replied.
>Just how big are you?
I have grown significantly after I rescued the Tapog merchant ship mostly because they brought me gifts of food which I absentmindedly ate which made me grow to cover this entire room. While I have grown less ravenous my mobility has also suffered.
>How much do you and Huin know about the Tozol?
Huin and the other Tapogs refer to the Tozols as "Space Demons" because of their vicious nature to ruin the wealth of space merchants by raiding their vessels. Of the few files not corrupted in the ship's computer is a fairly detailed analysis of a Tozol's capabilities, fighting preferences, their origins and lists protocols on the handling a Tozol. Looking at this file I would hazard a guess that this is probably not a Tozol ship.
>Have you tried to communicate with the Tozol?
Well she awoke quite suddenly and violently and after ripping that beast to pieces the idea never came up. She did seem to say a few things for a while but the translators had trouble with deciphering what she was saying and she eventually went quiet. Communicating with her would be something on my to-do list but right now there are more pressing matters at hand.
>How badly was the Tozol damaged?
It seemed to be a clean through and through shot from the cheek to the center back of the head. As far as her memories are concerned I would not know but it seemed like she knows exactly what she is, unlike me.
>The crew’s skills
Starting with me I have an acute sense of hearing and smell, a left over trait from when I was roaming these dark corridors. As I have grown however I developed interesting abilities like the ability to shape my mass into something that isn’t just a bunch of tentacles. Another ability that I recently developed is a limited form of telepathy. I can see through the eyes of a willing mind and I can also implant a subconscious suggestion. The suggestion isn’t powerful enough to overpower their will but it is able to give a push on matters that they are unsure on. I have found it somewhat useful on the Tapog Captain to push for more charity from him then he would normally give.
Huin the Tapog has a merchant oriented skillset and also greedy like most Tapogs. He is not physically strong and not particularly brave but he is quick witted and extremely ambitious. If his claims about his skill to sell any kind of goods are true then he could be a valuable person to have.
The Tozol as far as I know is a Tozol. We don’t really know any of her skills at this time but she has shown herself to be proficient at both fighting and eating things. If I can convince her to help us then she could be useful in securing this ship.
