Alignment.
In a word, alignment doesn't exist. You have gods which approve or disapprove of things. Certain gods say that what they approve is good and what they disapprove is evil. Yet others deny the terms as artificial and meaningless constructs, such gods typically encourage things that are considered evil, but not always. Some gods actually happily proclaim themselves as evil, believing it to be strength.
There are some "alignment like" things though. Of relevance are:
1. Outsiders: Outsiders are born in the realms of individual gods, they are infused with their power and philosophy in an artificial "world" that is made especially by that god. Since the very world they inhabit confirms to their god's desire their brainwashing goes beyond what could happen to a mortal, since the world itself conspires to reinforce their beliefs. Paragons of each outsider race are created by the gods directly as adults, with a devout personality. That being said, their beliefs are not immutable, especially if exposed to other realms in a frequent manner.
2. "Evil" societies: Evil societies exist, those are dedicated to some of the more unsavory gods and do an excellent job of consistently raising horrible people.
3. Natural tenancies: some species are more aggressive, frightful, etc. However, those do not correlate with alignment. Orcs are a little more aggressive then humans (not dominated by aggression btw), but aggressive is not the same as evil. You could be an aggressive paladin. Likewise more fearful spcies like halflings are less likely to go to war, making them more peaceful. They are also less likely to go to a justified war (ex: against an evil society) and more likely to form a lynch mob against the misunderstood medicine woman.
4. Dragons: Each dragon chooses their own path and beliefs. However, the 10 dragon races were created by the two dragon gods, Tiamat and Bhamut, from the ancient primal dragons. The 5 metallic races have been tweaked by bhamut to be have greater natural empathy, they can sense the emotions of fellow sentients, also to be naturally patient. The chromatics were tweaked by tiamat to be extra greedy, to smell fear, and to instinctively associate it with prey. Furthermore, Bhamut approves of the killing of all chromatic, even newborns, the only exception is those who go to great length to serve his ideals. Vice versa for Tiamat.
However, the above do not write a dragon's personality. Being able to sense a person's emotions and being more patient (there are still impatient metallics, just at a lower perfcentage rate) does not guarantee you are going to be a paragon of virtue. Some "evil" metallics actually revel in long lasting torture, savoring the emotions it illicit in their victim and methodically and patiently administering emotional and physical pain.
I can't overstress that those are limited shifts from the human average towards certain behaviors. There is a sizable minority of each "race" that does not conform to the stereotypes.
