Second thing I wanted to mention: At first I planned the quest to alternate the action between three characters, with /quest/ deciding which one they wanted to control next. But now, after 100 updates and this was just the prologue for Kanela, I think I bit off more than I can chew.

Developing the story for one character will be long enough, for three, it will be insane. I don't want to spend more than a year with the same quest.

So, I didn't want to limit the quest just to Kanela, but I don't think I can keep the three characters. So I personally decided to leave the Wizard's story out and just continue with the Monster and the Pirate. Why the Wizard? A personal decision. From the three story arcs, it's the one I didn't get to think about as thoroughly as the rest, and the one I think people will find less interesting to follow. Of course that's just an assumption, but having to leave one story arc out, I think those reasons are enough to stick just with Kanela and the Monster.

So yeah, just wanted to tell you guys that and ask you your opinion about the matter. And of course feel free to comment about anything you want about the quest.

If you think dropping the Wiz will make the quest better then by all means.

But without a wizard how will we enchant the useless psycic into a not-drunk!

It's not like we can't reclaim the bucket afterwards. But it kind of draws attention, which is not helpful for an ambush predator, or someone just trying to hide.

but it WAS useful for our ambushing just now. it's SO obvious looking that everyone instantly assumes something is up with it and don't notice the real danger behind them. it's a bluff bucket.

So much for sticking to my own decisions! But yeah, after a few people mentioned it, I've thought about it again and I'm gonna re-introduce the wizard arc into the story. If the quest goes on for too long I can always alternate it with other ideas I have.

And I can't decide what character should play next, so I won't do it.

Who's gonna be: Kanela, Mechi, or the Wizard?

Times like these I wish I had a single discussion thread for all my quests. I will use this one because whatever.

I’m sorry about the slow pace of the updates lately, but I’m not at my best moment. I don’t wanna get into details, but I’m pretty much getting kicked out of home and I am hunting for job and a place to live. In the meantime, I am going to do commissions, because any money II can get is welcome. www.furaffinity.net/user/starit/ if anyone is interested.

This doesn’t mean that I’m gonna stop updating, I will do my best to keep my quests alive, because I love doing it, and I love you guys (no homo). But I thought it would be fair to give a heads up on my situation. Thank you all for the support, the interest and the participation so far. You people are the best.

Yay. Found a job, and soon gonna have a stable source of income and a new place to live. So first of all, thank you all of you awesome people that helped me out in one way or another. Welp, time to pick up this quest.

The unannounced hiatus has been because I have started schooling. I do not want to work with a slow pace, so I am going to try something new. I will be doing update sessions. The art quality will drop, but the updates will be done much faster. This should give my quests stronger direction. I will be doing my best to host a session each weekend, alternating between Meigara and Passage.

Every Saturday, starting at 15:00 GMT/9:00 US Central
