A discussion for my random, newly created (and first) quest-a-majiggy, The Poorly Drawn Adventures of McStick.

Not really that much to discuss yet... just thinking in advance. I may need to sort out the insane ramblings of my mind into something normal people can understand. If you people are normal. I certainly hope not, that'd be boring.

In The Poorly Drawn... well, you know the title already and I'm lazy. In the quest, you are McStick's brain. You are his thoughts, emotions, logic, and stuff. Yeah.

Basic Plot so far: McStick is just a guy living in the poor neighborhood. He lives in a house with only one room- a bedroom with a bathroom connected. He has no running water, so the toilet isn't flushed and his place smells like crap all day long. He does odd jobs around town.

One cold, dark winter night a mysterious car shows up at his home. Who could it be...?

I haven't read all of it yet, but I think I like this quest. Your style is a little like mine, except orders more creative, vivid, clever and humorous. :)

Alright, now I have read all of it.

Why thank you for the complement. I'm new, so it's encouraging. My way of putting things is just a bit comedic, I guess.

Stat Tracker:

Karma/Morality: +5 (determines title and what people think of McStick)
Boredom: 0 (too much boredom can lead to ignored orders and a shorter attention span. Goofing off lowers boredom, doing nothing for too long raises it)
Willpower: 5 (McStick's ability to cope with pressure and stay calm, as well as to stick with things until the end)
Charisma: 10 (How charismatic McStick is)
Intelligence: 4 (Determines skills such as Lockpicking and Hacking Computers, and allows McStick to assess the situation more accurately for you)
Power Level: Way, WAY below 9000.
Title: Ordinary Guy

Plot Update: McStick has gone to the Y Academy. They suspected he would try to go in the Danger Maze like most Newbie, so they locked him in his room.

How do we raise Intelligence?

most likely we need to have him study like the fist of the north star.

Reading in the Academy Library increases Boredom if your Willpower is not above 10, but increases intelligence. Also, great or creative ideas incur an 'intelligence level up' and gain intelligence points. Being stupid loses them.

e.g. If a door is locked and you have a blow torch, most people would suggest melt the lock. This could work, but a more creative plan would be to melt the hinges and kick the door in.

Willpower rises when McStick has a feeling of accomplishment or through doing things that require patience.

Charisma is raised by practicing in the mirror, as shown, or doing things with style and flair.

Moral decisions change Karma.

Title and Power Level are just for fun. :)
