I figured as much, but the idea was for people to try to figure things out as they went along. I'll give a brief summary of what CAN be done.
It's important to note that for prisoners 1-3, you can only interact with them via floating Camera Bots that follow them around. This is what you're viewing those 3 prisoners through.
>[VIEW]
Viewing relates to viewing a character. While viewing a character, you know where they are what they're currently doing, and can converse with them (or anyone else in the room WITH them) while viewing them. [VIEW]ing a character locks the camera bot in place, making it so it no longer hovers after them. Thus, if they leave the vision of the Viewbot (The panel) You have to either select [SHIFT] or [MAKE] to allow it to catch back up.
>[SHIFT]
Though WARDEN wants you to think this is malfunctioning, it's really not. The [SHIFT] brings you to a world map. From there you can either A: shift views to a more close up view (I.E. going from world map to Glowform Caves map) or you can shift the map itself around, which also affects the real world map. Certain areas can't be moved, but most can. You could shift Glowform Caves directly next to the Confection Desert, but you can't shift The Tower around. Notably, whenever you shift something, whatever was previously in the place you're shifting a landmass TO takes it's place. Thusly, you have to be aware of both where you're shifting to and shifting from. Moving yourself closer to the goal is all fine and dandy, but if in the process you shift a volcano next to an ice cap... It's not gonna be fun.
>[MAKE]
A sort of freeform voting system for creating characters, vehicles, objects, weapons, so on. Right now it's limited, but as the characters explore, they'll be able to unlock more 'selections' for example, the choice to place the object directly on a location on the map, being able to assign multiple qualities to an object, and the choice to instantly make an object WITHOUT the voting process, as per the [GAIN] command from previous quests. But right now it's... limited.
Pro-tip: Prisoner No 4 is the most useful when it comes to upgrading the system
