That's fairly likely Khoros on the other side of the door. We should check the peephole to make sure it's nobody or nothing we don't want to encounter and check if it's him before phasing through the door. Even if he's not just outside we should phase through the door. That way we can speak with him without Melinoë possibly hearing and warn him about her being here, Astarte's power and that it's cranked up to maximum and the situation he'd be walking in on.

I worry that Astarte's lust power would be so strong it'd overcome Khoros' deep lack of sex drive and will and he'll end up in a three-way with Astarte and Melinoë. ...But if he does and we get Astarte to cut her power once he's near, he could get the jump on Melinoë. Or we could wait until Astarte's out of food to fuel her power for Khoros to enter and... What? Knock Melinoë out? Or maybe just wait until Astarte's power runs out and hope that Melinoë has already fallen asleep.

Ah, one problem with us looking through a peephole or whatever: we can't trust our vision. Twice now we've seen Outissa when it wasn't her.
