Diamond Song

>well if you want to make things up to her son after kinda scaring him and then having your mom drag him into a family thing you could tell her about that spot you and Tyrsis looked at the city last night(?) Her kid did say he was a painter and both you and Tyrsis agreed that was a good view of the city. Think of it as a apology to the kid and also a way to butter up his mom so when you ask her to look out after your mom she's more likely to agree.
I don't want to lead the poor boy on, but I can at least offer the advice to him by proxy. "By the way, if-- when your son finds someone he wants to date, I recommend the 4th road. It leads up to an excellent view of the entire town, and I'm uh, told it's very romantic. Maybe he could even paint a picture!"
"I think he's already been up there, but I'll let him know~"
>To recruit her for your adventure! Maybe she'll do it as a favor for her bessst friend.
I'm pretty sure she wouldn't be down for that! Besides, recruiting people willy-nilly would result in my adventure progressing more slowly!
>Technically wouldn't anyone alive for us to flirt with be young, comparatively?
Oh... I guess that's true!
>Maybe we can organize some kind of party to make sure your mother knows that she won't be alone, and that when we say we are going to come back we mean it?
We just had my hatchingday party, spending most of the day doing fun things, so I think we're all partied out at this point.
>Tell her than yes, you wanted to meet with her for a reason, you have this feeling in you, this curiosity, taking over your body, clouding your mind, and that she is the only one who could satiate that irresistible feeling...
....
>of course, I'm talking about--
Gonna stop you there! Moving on!
>You wanted to talk to your mother's friends about her since you'll be traveling and you want her to be okay.
"Actually, the real reason I asked to meet is... while I'm gone seeing the sights, I don't want Mama to get lonely. I was wondering if you'd be willing to look out for her?"
"Well of course, sweety~ In truth, we all kind of knew you'd be leaving the nest soon. Your mother always insisted you could be convinced to stay, but we all saw how your eyes would light up whenever we mentioned the places we'd go visit, or on the rare occasion we'd bring up..."
