>We're also taking a look through IR right now. Shouldn't they be able to see us? Or are we taking a peek from behind cover?
"Viln, Vern, get behind a tree!" I say, and peek out. I don't think they saw me. I did look as soon as I could, so they only had a moment. As usual, I have no time to spare, regardless.
>What does this have to do with Rokoa?
I don't even know. I expect that in the back of my mind, if there was ever a point that I wanted to be Rokoa, or wanted to have Rokoa with me, this would be the best time for it, given what I am about to do. I still do not want either of those things.
>X-Ray voklit
I do not see anything abnormal about the voklit's skeletons.
I can hear Vern breathing heavily behind me. I do not think he will be able to keep up a good speed all the way to cave entry B. The helicopter is still circling us trying to either get a good shot on us or to keep its light around us, and so Katzati's cliffside entry is as good as suicide. It may be the same helicopter as before, in fact, as I doubt my little sniper explosion would take out the first.
"Vern. This is a grenade. It explodes. Hold this, and as soon as I pull this pin here, immediately throw it at the cave entrance where you see those voklits and neumono. Can you do this for me?"
"Yes." While I would not trust him with an explosive shotgun, this is a matter of throwing a simple object extremely far. Risky still, but better than nothing. I cannot throw that far. So I move to his other shoulder and hope for the best.
"Once I shoot my rifle, we charge. Our priority is to get inside of the cave. You two, grab the voklit guns, then the neumono guns and anything else if they are on the way. Don't spend extra time looting."
Once ready, he lobs the grenade. Thankfully, cave entry A is not particularly large, and they are bunched together. It's a bad position on their part, and I wonder if their bugs do cause some intelligence issues.
