So THIS is how to defy the command glyph? I have to get this to the other resistance leaders! Do I go to Masala, the Cenesu leader, Felix, the Umbral leader, some of my own group, or try to arrange a meeting with a few of them? It's safest not to have them all in one place, so I have to choose. On top of that, it could take a while to get a bunch of people together.

Tell anyone closest to you. Then start contacting people in the other settlements so they can spread the word.

I'd tell the rest of your group, and then get them to disseminate the knowledge amoung every one.
At the same time contact the others to meet somewhere and/or send messengers carrying the knowledge to them with instructions in a form that can be easily distributed.
