Going by that guard's directives, you are authorized to order a guard to fire upon another guard, who will in-turn have to fire back as per Directive 004. Going by this theory, you can command ever guardbot to kill other guardbots or even themselves as per Directive 005.

If this is not true and there are other directives preventing this, then this particular guardbot has disobeyed Directive 005. That would mean that these guardbots are capable of acting outside their programming, and could be swayed to serve you instead.
