Now's our chance! Take advantage of its inability to perceive depth!

Have McStick stand close and Emo stand far away, so that ADVDM thinks McStick is a giant monster 100s of feet high!

It appears to be a tunnel or pipe leading deeper into the caves. McStick can't see very far inside, as it is dark.

Murdock says he doesn't have good balance, so McStick crosses the precarious log across the gap to inspect the platform. It seems to be an elevator, but there are no controls here. There's something written on the floor, and a tiny key...

McStick takes the key and uses Alfredsson M. Sineshell's shiney shell to see in the tunnel, then enters. However, it is steeper and more slippery than you anticipated and you and Murdock slide down at a dangerously fast speed.

During the trip Alfredsson freaks out and jumps on Murdock's head for protection. Then you pop out perfectly safe and not moving from a pipe on the other end. Which is going up despite that you were just moving down at high speeds.

Upon recovering from the tunnel, McStick notes that it is perfectly bright, and that there is a goomba with a spiked hat on the floor. Also there is a locked door.
