He gets the entire group together and together they make their way to Nari's old home. As they get closer Nari holds Cecil's hand tighter. He holds her close to try to comfort her. They arrive there. The same guard is out at the front.

Cecil freezes him and goes inside. Together they all step into the settlement. It's quiet and the walk to the castle is a uneventful one. The whole time Nari is shivering and whispering the word 'fire'

Cecil tries sending her as much good emotion as he can. It seems to work a bit. He opens the door and steps inside. Everyone goes in except for Nari. Cecil holds out his hand but she shakes her head

She slowly walks inside. Cecil takes her hand in his and walks her in. Nari shows them where her father stays and they get closer to Norar's room. Nari is shaking badly now and holding herself. She steps in front of Cecil

"Cecil I don't want to be here anymore. Please can we leave? Please? I promise I'll do anything I just want to go.. Cecil don't make me go any more I don't wanna go Cecil.."

nari: you must face that which you fear, if you do not then it shall lord over you and even if you are stronger then anyone someone could taunt you with it and make you fail. or worse, taught you with it, and make Cecil fail, your own fear making him too worried about your safety to fight his own battle. we must win the little battles before facing the big ones. facing your father is a little battle.

She had even still been quiet under the fear of reprisal from her father. We had finally convinced her to talk to someone about it, when the incident with the hospital happened. She will tell you when she is ready.

It would only distract you from what you need to do here anyways. To put it simply: we believe Nari's mother has been a victim of soul petrification. Perhaps for years, or decades. Find her or evidence of her if it is to be found.

This was always a forbidden area to Nari, give it a careful search.

Sorry, promised not to tell. Well we can say that he isn't a very nice man, but you knew that already.

See if there is anyone in there. And use any shield magic you have on yourself. Best way to deal with a mage is a quick stab in the neck and he or someone else might be lurking somewhere with a dagger for doing just that.

i suppose we can say he did worse then you have seen. as in her missing an eye was not the worst thing to happen.

Toss a pebble at the wall. If nothing happens, touch it. Then look for a handhold or something, and check to see if it's a fake wall.
If you can't figure out how to open it, force it with the least effort possible.

If WE kill him then he was 'murdered by foreigners'. If the GUARDS kill him then 'justice was served'.

Plus this way we get to destroy his reputation, shame the entire village for not stopping him on their own, and position Nari as the town's leader - allowing her to appoint somebody as reagent and leave a cell stone for communication.

No, it isn't. It's a variant of the "Circle of Life" symbol. The same one that's on Nari's neck.
It's a magical symbol, but far less specific.
