Calling Bubbles

I agree. It seems a very reasonable request after so many gifts, and costs me nothing. I rouse Dompag and send him to retrieve the portal.
"Where do you find your mannikins?"
>"Why Prince! It's a common obsession of mine. I track them down where I can, but they are such a rarity. Some traders don't know what they have, and they are so hard to identify. But I say, those who do know what they have are often more trouble!"
"Nothing reliable?"
>"I'm afraid there is in this world no grand emporium of mannikins. I simply keep an eager eye out wherever I travel for more of my tiny friends."
Dompag returns with the portal, still attached to its wheel-fitted base.
>"Quite a novel innovation! I've never seen a portal that could move. And it's been so long since I've seen one at all."
"Finesse's idea. And execution."
>"I should have guessed! I doubt many know their way around a monster portal the way Lady seng Barr does."
"...Are they so hard to get a hold of?"
>"Always, Prince, but especially of late. The Order of Helianthus frowns upon such things, and their men seem to ever grow in number."
