Mixican has previously been warned several times.
Today I logged in to see the following griefing has occurred:
1: The spawn trees are on fire again. (Not pictured)
2: The glass staircase to the bottom of the map has been flooded with lava. (Shown on the left side of the image)
3: The 3wx2h tunnel to the end of the map has been TNTed severely. (Shown on the right side of the image)

The logs revealed that only three people were on between when the area was last seen intact and the first time it was seen damaged.
Those three were Vyt, Mixican, and Slowpoke.
Of the three, only Mixican has a history of such behavior.

Due to this, Mixican has been banned.

I have subsequently discovered a column of adminium placed in the same time frame.

This is Mixican. I was ban recently for something i did not do. I have not been on the there lately cause no one was on. I would log on for a second and ask if anyone one was there and then leave because no one ever said anything. The recent griefs that i was blamed for was not done by me it was done bye a character of H2o123456. I have several people that will say that those times were not me.

I DIDNT DO IT it was all mixican i have proof, border patrol is still attempting to catch this mofo, dont trust a mexican guys trust me who trusts in you. That is all.

I am honestly requesting an unban and promise never to grief as long as i live, and the pursuit of happiness, my right to be happy and pursue what i believe in. Please look upon this request and think of all the children that suffer knowing that i cannot connect to this server, admin if you have any soul, NO and HEART at all you will unban me and realize the justice in my unbaniture from the server. No. You were one of three people who were online in the time period when the griefing occurred, and it would be very much out of character for Vyt or Slowpoke to grief like that.
