Got to be a coder for an obscure dying internet multiplayer game on a zombie of a game platform, it's been fun. Last year I got a PhD, little hard to top that this year.

at least I can still call myself doctor as I see fewer and fewer positions for postdoc around and my contract lurches to its November end

I leveled up in WoW with my family, got to do some raiding and stuff. Been spending a lot of time with them, and I don't regret it. They're good people... Even if I'm probably not as successful as I should be in other more normal pursuits. Still need to start learning a trade or something, or get published haha.
